Our Story

Short Stay Property Management was born from listing our spare bedroom on Airbnb. We soon achieved Super Host status and then started our first dedicated short-stay property in Melbourne.

After being invited to join the Airbnb co-host program we found there was an increasing demand for quality hosts to help with managing properties for their owners.

Having an established team of dedicated cleaners and access to quality trades meant that we could provide our hosts with a reliable and efficient solution and so Short Stay Property Management was born.

Our multinational team now manage multiple properties across inner city Melbourne and interstate for our clients. Our local knowledge of the city and everything it has to offer helps give our guests a truly local experience.

Our mission is to maximise the rental returns for our clients and provide our guests with an exceptional experience while staying at our properties.
