Marc and MJ are a very reliable pair of Airbnb rental managers. They listened carefully and helped us to the best of their ability to provide us with a better check-in, no matter how big or small the problem was, whether it was about early registration or even the budget for check-in, so that we could have a better check-in. During our communication, I found that they chatted more like friends. They arranged the self-service key collection in a very humane way, which greatly improved the flexibility of key collection and made it convenient for us. In addition, they also provided a lot of information about nearby bars and shopping, and also answered our various questions about transportation. The house is kept very clean and tidy, with all kinds of kitchen utensils, modern interior layout, and complete daily necessities, making us feel the warmth of another home, like a hotel but better than a hotel.
