The team from Short Stay Property Management have been co-hosting my Airbnb property in Richmond, VIC for the past year and I never have to worry about a thing while I’m away. They are extremely prompt in answering guest enquiries and are always courteous and friendly with their replies. When I get home my house is clean and all my belongings are in excellent condition. They’re also happy to go above and beyond to improve the Airbnb experience for the guests, such as assisting with pricing and providing an easier and safer check-in process.
