Whether you want to maximise earnings or minimise risk, there is a Short Stay package for you

Hand over the keys and we will take care of everything.

Our management fee is 15% of your gross nightly rental revenue, and covers all our services and purchase of all guest consumables.

For New Listings a setup fee of $249 applies

Cleaning is charged to guests as an additional cost to the nightly booking amount.
