Whether you want to maximise earnings or minimise risk, there is a Short Stay package for you

16.5%

Hand over the keys and we will take care of everything.
Our management fee is 16.5% of your gross nightly rental revenue, and covers all our services and purchase of all guest consumables.
For New Listings a setup fee of $249 applies
Cleaning is charged to guests as an additional cost to the nightly booking amount.
We only earn when your property start earning! There is no hidden cost and no surprises!

Fixed Monthly Income

Want above market returns for your rental, but worried about the risks of low seasons and the uncertainty of variable cash flow?
Short Stay Property Management can help make it happen!
Together we will decide on a fixed rate, which you will be paid regardless of season or market fluctuations.
We will provide Hands-Off Management without all the hassle of low quality tenants and a stable monthly income.
